Subjects Taught
4th Grade

I attended Cleveland State Community College for the first year and a half of my college education, then graduated from Lee University with my Bachelors Degree in Human Development, Elementary Education K-8 in 2005.

I taught in Bradley County Schools for 8 Years, then took off to stay home with my children for 4 years.  I taught 5th grade and 4th grade at Taylor until I moved to Park View when it opened in 2010.  I taught 4th grade at Park View until 2013, when my twins were born.  While at home with my children, I did work 2 days a week as a pre-K teacher at Broad Street United Methodist Church.  This is my first year back, and I am very excited about being back at Park View!

I am a happy wife and mother of 3!  My husband, Brandon, and I have been married for 10 years, and we have 3 sweet children, Carter (7), Cate (4), and Claire (4).  The girls are twins and are adored by their big brother.  Carter goes to Park View and is in the 2nd grade.

I am a hometown girl!  I was born and raised in Bradley County, and went to Hopewell Elementary, Bradley Junior (Ocoee Middle), Bradley High School, Cleveland State, and Lee University.

When I am not at school, I enjoy many things including, doing fun things with my family, traveling, sports, singing, and songwriting, just to name a few.  I am very involved in my church, Waterville Baptist, where I am the Preschool Director and Children's Choir Director.

I have always felt a call of God on my life to teach, and am so excited for the opportunity to teach and love on the children in my class.  My goal is to help them reach theirs!
